Helping women in small businesses get their mojo back.

why mojo?

I’ve been working with women in small business for over twelve years in the online space. In that time, I’ve seen so many women (mostly mums) trying to do it all and ending up overwhelmed and burnt out. I know how it feels, because I’ve been there too.

I want to help you get your mojo back so you fall in love with your business again and actually thrive and prosper – without sacrificing your health and happiness.

I do the jobs that you hate, that you don’t have the skills for or the time for. You focus on what you’re good at and are passionate about and I’ll support you with the behind the scenes stuff!

Think of me as your business bestie, your number one supporter, your go-to girl. I love to brainstorm with you, be someone to bounce ideas off and help in anyway I can.

I value authenticity, honesty and integrity and I love working with passionate women in small business that are making a positive difference in the world.

about sonia

I’m down to earth and slightly quirky (that’s my Capricorn with Pisces rising)! I live in on the beach at the Gold Coast in Queensland.

I am interested in living a happy, healthy, holistic lifestyle. You might know me from my website, Natural New Age Mum where I have been writing and creating a beautiful community since 2012.

My work background before that is a mix of hospitality management (from small funky cafes to five star city hotels and island resorts), kitchenware sales and health and wellness coaching. Food and health has always been a theme and a passion!

I have a Business Degree in Hospitality Management and Marketing and completed many short courses in all sorts of things from training to energy and spiritual work.

At 21, I had a big dream to be a kick-ass general manager of a five star hotel. After learning more about myself (hello introvert!) and going through a tonne of personal growth and a couple of burnouts, I realised that I am much more aligned and happy being a solo entrepreneur, supporting women in their small businesses.

I am super reliable, pedantic about details and love organising things – the perfect combination for a virtual assistant, am I right?

I am also easy-going, authentic and love a good laugh. Memes are life (email me your favourite)!

On the weekends, you will find me hanging out with my family and friends, drinking chai, reading books, cooking up feasts and walking in nature.

how can I help you?

If you made it this far and are resonating, I’d love you to get in touch!

Shoot me an email, tell me more about you and your business and we can schedule a time for a virtual cup of tea and a chat.

You can also check out the offerings section of my website to find out what sort of things I can help with.

Looking forward to connecting!
